Polygon is the global expert in property damage control, bringing decades of experience and setting the standard to restore, prevent and minimise the impact of any property damage. With 8,000 employees across 18 countries, we combine global expertise with local presence to serve our customers wherever they are.
We are now looking for a Process Transformation & Solutions Architect to play a key role in our global business development and transformation journey!
Polygon is undergoing a global transformation to drive end-to-end process excellence in the Order to Cash process, supported by a strategic upgrade of the ERP landscape from IFS Applications 10 to IFS Cloud.
This is a strategic role for someone who wants to own, design and continuously improve global processes in a truly international environment.
About the Role
You will act as the link between global standards and local execution, ensuring alignment while enabling flexibility where it creates value. At the same time, you will connect business and IT, translating operational needs into scalable system solutions.
With a strong focus on ERP and best of breed solutions, you will lead system driven transformation initiatives that strengthen our competitive position. Your mission is not only to ensure that processes work, but that they deliver measurable business value.
This role suits someone who thrives in an international environment where structure, collaboration and tangible impact go hand in hand.
You will be part of a focused team of four, reporting to the Head of Business Process Transformation, based at our modern headquarters in central Stockholm (Polygon Group HQ). Some international travel is required.
Key Responsibilities
Own and govern a global process area from design and documentation to ERP execution
Identify and drive continuous improvements
Coordinate global process change initiatives
Ensure consistent application of global standards
Represent the process area in global forums
Train the organisation in processes and systems
Act as the point of contact between business and IT in process-related matters
Your Profile
You have experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, IFS, or Microsoft Dynamics, and have driven the digitalisation of core processes, for example Order to Cash. You understand how processes, systems and business objectives interact, and you know how to anchor change in the organisation to create sustainable impact. You are comfortable operating in complex environments where transformation, governance and execution must align. In addition, you have experience conducting training sessions, working extensively in projects and driving change management initiatives.
We believe you have an academic background in engineering, business administration, information systems or a related field, and that you are proficient in English at a professional level, as English is our corporate language.
Experience from international organisations is considered a strong advantage.
Competencies and Personal Qualities
As a person, you are analytical, structured, and solution oriented. You are accustomed to working with senior stakeholders and possess strong communication skills, with the ability to set clear requirements while remaining pedagogical. To succeed in this role, you need to be proactive and capable of maintaining a holistic perspective.
