As our Management Trainee, you will work directly with our CEO and collaborate closely with the management team at Axel Johnson for one year. In this role, you will be at the heart of our decision-making processes and work with a broad variety of tasks. You will get the opportunity to engage in a wide range of strategic business development, day to day operations and projects where you'll gain hands-on experience across various parts of our organization. After your first year you will transition to a permanent role at one of our group companies.

We are looking for applicants with a bachelor or master in the fields of business, economics, engineering or equivalent. You have recently graduated or have <2 years’ work experience after finalizing your studies. Participation in extracurricular activities or work experience in parallel with your studies is meritorious. Fluency in both English and Swedish (written and spoken) is a must and you need to be an EU citizen or have a Swedish work permit.

The position is based in Stockholm and starts in August 2024.
